Well Done!
I purchased my previous car (2008 350Z) from Wilmington Nissan and have always been more than satisfied with the service department. Mr. Brown has overseen excellent car of my (now former) vehicle - which paid off when I traded in for a 2013 Altima - SL, yesterday.
I had done some research (to include nearby Nissan dealers) to ensure that I was knowledgeable on values and savings opportunities. After receiving a flyer for the weekend sales event, I contacted your the "Internet" sales department and worked over the phone with Ms. Kelli Williams. I could not have been more pleased in the process. We narrowed down the model and options over the phone. On the lot she was knowledgeable and intuitive to my needs. I was offered a fair trade in allowance and with discounts I was able to purchase a new vehicle (and lower my car payment). Ms. Williams was perfect on her sales "pitch" and made the deal happen. My thanks too to sales manager Bruce for accepting my offer.
Mr. Bostic in finance anticipated my needs which included an extended warranty and purchase of the 3 year maintenance plan. He was timely in his execution of paperwork and even stayed late to assist me.
From a repeat Nissan customer, may I commend you for continued excellence in staff. A good sales department may seal the deal, but a good service department brings the customer BACK to the lot. Well done on both counts.

I Love My New Cars!
Just wanted to say Thank You. You and your folks did a wonderful job for us on Saturday. I am very pleased with the deal that we got. I am very pleased with the cars that we bought. I wanted to especially point out that Deck, Rick and Brett all went out of their way to make us feel at home, and comfortable with our decision. Please tell them all what a great job they are doing. My New Frontier
What a great experience I had at Capital Nissan in Wilmington. I could not find the truck I wanted at the price I needed until I came to Capital Nissan. Immediately found the truck I was looking for and inquired about it. The sales representative, Deck was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and trucks and was not a "High Pressure" sales guy. He was easy to talk to and set about getting me the price and situation I could afford and feel good about. THe entire staff was very friendly and made the sale a much better experience than I have encountered at other dealerships. Thanks very much to Deck and the rest of the staff for their professionalism and integrity. I would reccommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The Company Should Be Really Proud!
Just a note to let you know about my first
experience with Capital Nissan's
service department today. The company should be really proud of its
employees as well as its service department's processes and procedures. I
recently retired to Wilmington from the New Jersey shore and was absolutely
impressed with the welcome feeling received when I bought my Nissan Rogue in
for servicing. I would recommend Capital to anyone, whether purchasing or
requesting service! Excellent!!!!
